Mallory Bjekich-Wachowski began her career as a retail associate at DesRoches Backyard Pools and Spas during summer breaks from college, which inspired her to shift her degree focus from education to sales management. After becoming the retail operations manager, she decided to strike out on her own for the opportunity to merge her interests: pool industry and education.

In 2022, she started a pool industry training and consulting company, Toolbox for Excellence, to help industry professionals reach their full potential.
