Jessica Werner did not begin her career with the goal of joining the pool industry, but after an internship at Clear Comfort, she stuck around. Over five years later, Werner is now the western regional sales manager for the U.S. and Canada. She plans to continue learning from mentors, co-workers and friends and hopes to see more women enter the manufacturing side of the industry.
