Looking for a job that would allow him to work outdoors and provide flexible enough hours to chase the waves in south Florida, Jacob Grozier jumped into pool servicing in the summer of 2009. Six years ago, he started his own company. Grozier credits his success to hard work and stubbornness. He hopes to be a helping hand to his employees as he pursues other avenues of growth.
