Dustin Anderson started his pool journey at Leslie’s with what he thought was a summer job, but it turned into a full-fledged career as he worked his way up to store manager. After working for a local service company, he started Precision Aquatics in 2007. Anderson loves that his business creates opportunities for his employees and gives him the flexibility to be fully present for his family. He hopes to raise the standards in the industry and create opportunities for the next generation of pool pros.
