Sabrina Salem was in high school when she started working with pools, and even back then, was told the pool industry wasn’t for women. Salem set out to prove that idea wrong by learning about every aspect of the industry — chemistry, repair, servicing, sales and customer service. She started her own company in 2019, then sold the route as she joined the team at Desert Pool Service and became the service manager. Salem loves diagnostics and repair, and she plans to keep learning as much as she can to provide the best possible service to her customers.
