Ronnie is the best trainer we have at Logan’s Pool Service. He not only cares for the client but also truly cares for the employee he is training. He is one of the first people our new hires really connect with. He likes to make sure training is work but also lots of fun. He goes above and beyond to ensure they understand their pools, route, chemical readings, goes through each of the apps we use, and teaches them basic repair work. Ronnie is also always open for questions. If a pool tech is ever curious about how to do something or questioning a reading, Ronnie is their go-to guy. Ronnie is an amazing trainer and we would love to help recognize him for all the hard we he does!
