Radelli was founded with a mission to provide the best product at an affordable price while helping rebuild the reputation for pool builders in North Texas. It’s no secret that the pool industry doesn’t have the best reputation and the difference Radelli wanted to bring to the table was transparency and customer service with better communication. The team consists of a group of individuals that do whatever it takes to keep the job moving and creating that space just as it was sold to the customer no matter what it takes. The impact Radelli looks to make on the industry side is just as important. Focusing on bringing young talent on board to train our younger generation through courses like watershape university, on the job training and business ethics. The end goal with Radelli is to build a name that is reputable and reliable to both the consumer and our trade partners.
