After less than two years in the industry, Nicole Geissberger’s career is already flourishing. She started as an assistant retail manager at Hansen’s Pool & Spa but was promoted to the service and construction coordinator. “The journey to where I currently am in the industry has been fun, exciting and has left me eager for more,” Geissberger says. She has gotten her Certified Maintenance Specialist Certification and has overseen many projects in the field. “I have been given the opportunity to learn different scopes of the field all because of the trust the company I work for has for me to be great in this industry.” She loves the community in the industry and the network she’s already been able to build among her peers.
