At 14, Molly Snyder started as a cashier for The Pool Place, an above-ground pool company in Abington, Massachusetts. She left to get a marketing degree and worked various marketing jobs before landing one at Easton Pool & Spa. “Once I started in 2021, I realized, once you get into the pool industry and leave, you always find your way back,” Snyder says. In addition to her work with Easton, she also does marketing for Plunge Pool Concepts, which manufactures customizable precast plunge pools and was started by the owners of Easton Pool & Spa. “I have been lucky to have been here for the creation of PPC — it’s a company I believe fully in and it is only up from here,” Snyder says.
