Matt in new to PEP but not new to the pool industry. Matt has visited our office and met with our staff to train and set us up on the features of their website so that we can use it to our maximum efficiency. This summer, Matt, on his own, drove up to the San Fernando Valley to pick up a specialty pump for one of our large commercial accounts. I would have never asked him to do that nor expect him to do this. I was in an absolute amazement! He even met me on the jobsite to deliver it. Matt understands that business is all about relationships. We all appreciate that Matt regularly drops by the office to make sure we are taken care of.
