Mandy Snow is the National Sales Manager for AquaStar Pool Products. She has built
a successful career in the pool industry by combining skills as a strong customer
advocate with technical know-how and the ability to drive results. In her current role
since 2017, Mandy has played a key role in AquaStar’s impressive growth and
expansion into new lines of business.
Mandy began her pool industry career in 2004 as a Business Development
Representative for PoolCorp in Southern California. In that role, she gained a keen
understanding of the challenges pool professional deal with on a daily basis. After four
years, she went to work for S.R.Smith as a Regional Manager covering six western
states. While at S.R.Smith, federal legislation mandated that public pools be made
accessible for people with disabilities. Mandy was responsible for not only educating
pool professionals about the new law, but she was also responsible for helping them
choose the right products to ensure compliance.
After nearly twenty years in the pool industry, Mandy’s passion for the industry has not
waned. She provides exceptional leadership to her team and challenges them to be
open to learning new things in order to help their customer be successful.
