Joel is the owner/operator of Tri-City pools in southern California. Tri-City is a family owned company that was founded by Joel’s father (John Forester) in 1985. Joel is one of the hardest working people in the industry and somehow still makes time to help and assist other pool professionals on a daily basis. He answers his phone 24/7 not only for his customers but for anyone with a question or in need of help. He is the epitome of a true professional on a daily basis and is revered by his customers because of his kindness and honesty. His advanced knowledge of the various brands, equipment, tools, chemicals and all aspects of the pool business, are the reasons why Tri-City will be celebrating 40 years in the industry this upcoming April. Joel makes the pool industry a better place and I couldn’t think of a more deserving person for this award.
