Her dedication and pioneering spirit have not only advanced her own career but have also paved the way for countless women to follow in her footsteps. Jamie is a tireless advocate for women in the Pool and Spa industry. She has been instrumental in advocating for gender equality and inclusion, working closely with industry associations to develop multiple women’s networking and leadership initiatives to support women’s advancement. Jamie is a regular speaker at industry conferences, where she shares her insights and experiences, inspiring women to pursue leadership roles and break through the glass ceiling. In addition, Jamie is a pioneer at Biolab, Inc, where she is a driving force for the KIK Women’s Network and tirelessly works to advocate for and support women from all parts of the KIK Consumer Products business. Jamie is a key leader in the WITI (Women In The Industry) sponsored by NESPA, as well as featured speaker and contributor for the Pool Nation Women’s Summit and multiple other industry events focused on the advancement of women in our industry. As a protector of women’s rights within the industry, Jamie has helped establish a safe and supportive environment for all, ensuring a workplace where all employees feel respected and valued. She embodies the qualities of a true trailblazer. Her unwavering support for women, relentless advocacy, and commitment to protection have significantly impacted the Pool and Spa industry.
