Chad Where should I Start!! I would like to nominate my husband Chad Jimmerson for the Pool Guy of the Year award. Chad took a mammoth sized leap beginning our business venture and making it a good one at that! Stellar Pool Service was born in 2021 and has been crushing goals faster than dale Earnhardt. It went from 2 pools on the weekend to having 75+ pools and growing. There was never a time when we thought it would be easy, yet Chad makes it look like a dance. He goes above and beyond for our customers and never leaves you without some kind of answer. As I am writing this I am filled with gratitude because these aren’t accomplishments I am speaking of, it is simply who Chad is. It never gets old hearing our customers talk about the Stellar difference, due to Chad’s ability to problem solve and follow through. From investing into modern technology/tools to classes for the guys, he is on top of it. Chad is making his mark on the industry by being an impactful leader with a passion for h2o. He has been a mentor to many dudes in the passenger seat of the truck and to those who want to join our company. One of my favorite things about Chad has always been his ability to jump on board with any idea. He is so open-minded that I could say the wildest most bizarre idea and he would help me find ways to make it possible. He is never afraid of a new challenge or idea! We know that one single man cannot run the show, and our team is 100% critical to our success. Chad honors this ideology and dedicates a lot of his energy into making sure those people feel seen and supported. He is the glue, for both the company and our family. I’d mostly like to nominate him, because as his right-hand lady (I like that better than ole lady), I see how hard this man works. I see him day in and day out in the field or in the office working through countless to do lists, answering questions from customers or techs, or just trying to organize the business expenses. He puts a lot of thought into everything that he touches, like a lot of thought. Lastly, I want him to know how much his girls and I appreciate all the effort he puts into building this life for our family. Stellar Pool Service is a full service pool and spa company- but mostly it is a dream to create a better future. I want to thank the Pool Nation group for being an inspiration and source of support on this winding road.
