The story of how Brad Duncan became one of Raypak’s premier product trainers is an interesting one. In 1993 he found he found himself without a job. He was introduced to a friend’s brother who owned a pool service company and put Brad to work pushing a pole. His only qualifications to work in the swimming pool industry was that he drove a pickup truck and he knew that water was wet. Over the next 24 years, Brad learned to install and repair just about any pool equipment, eventually specializing in heaters. He joined Raypak in 2017 as a product specialist and trainer, and today Brad continues to bring his field experience into the training classroom, where he takes a universal approach to the swimming pool environment and how it relates to the function of the heater.
