I have known Ashleigh for almost 20 years. From her days at PEP, to her current role at Hayward. Ashleigh is one of those people who genuinely love to help people out and solve their issues. She is so involved, you would think it was her personal issue that she would be trying to resolve. I have never seen her upset, mad, or angry – always a with a happy wonderful smile. Ashleigh is one of my favorite people in the business today. I cannot think of a better person to receive this award.
