Taryn came on board to Pool Builders Supply in 2002 to help her Dad, Olen Morgan who was nearing retirement. She quickly grew the company from 5 locations to 9 locations in a short time span, all while integrating a new Computer system and completely modernized the company. She was integral in growing the sales of PBS by 200% in her first 5 years and was a transformational leader of the company… She graduated from NC State university with a Textile Degree, and was extremely successful at using her Chemical knowledge, to grow the Pool Builders Supply brand of Aquabrite chemicals.
