Laci Davis is the co-founder and president of The Grit Game manufacturer rep firm; which despite being less than two years old, has expanded internationally, to serve the pool and spa industry. Though one of the youngest on her team, Laci leads a group of over 20 seasoned professionals, many with 20 to 30 years of industry experience. 

Just a year after establishing The Grit Game, driven by the high demand for innovative marketing strategies in the industry, Laci co-founded and became CEO of Grit Game Marketing. As part of her ongoing commitment to helping the industry grow, she regularly contributes to Aqua Magazine, where she shares practical insights on how industry professionals can improve their marketing efforts using accessible, often free, tools. 

Laci’s impact in such a short time has not gone unnoticed. She was featured on the cover of Agency Sales magazine, the national publication for manufacturer reps, and was named one of Pool Nation’s Next Generation of Female Leaders. 

Beyond her business ventures, Laci is passionate about advocacy, particularly in mental health and human trafficking prevention. She serves on the board of a mental health non-profit and hosts a podcast that provides actionable strategies to help people reclaim their happiness. Laci’s volunteer work in combating human trafficking, both in Florida and Ireland, earned her the title of Tampa Bay Hometown Hero, further reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact in the communities she serves. In both her volunteer work and professional roles, Laci is dedicated to empowering professionals and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
