Eric is a former competitive swimmer, who started in the pool industry working for a company that developed units to improve indoor air quality of competitive pools. He has been devoted to the improvement of water quality and air quality at indoor aquatic facilites for many years. With Orenda Eric has worked with a team of others to develop the Orenda Academy online training courses and assisted in the development of the Orenda LSI App. Eric also is the host of the training podcast Rule Your Pool. He teaches sessions on water chemistry around the coountry and is a very popular speaker at industry tradeshows.
